Announcements

Migrating to the New Vault CRM App

Due to fundamental updates to Vault CRM, a new Vault CRM on iPad app is available in the App Store. The previous Vault CRM app is renamed Vault CRM Legacy. Vault CRM Legacy will not receive the 24R2.0 release or later releases. To receive the 24R2.0 release and later releases, customers must move to the new Vault CRM app. Before downloading and using the new Vault CRM app, Veeva recommends users ensure any data changes they made in the Vault CRM Legacy app are synced. After syncing all pending changes, users can delete the Vault CRM Legacy app from their iPad.

Vault CRM Sampling

Vault CRM Sampling is live! Sampling will be validated at a later date.

Implementing the Common Data Architecture for Life Sciences

Starting in 24R2.0, Veeva is implementing the Common Data Architecture for Life Sciences (CDA.LS or CDA) in Vault CRM. The 24R2.0 release supports the HCP kernel of the CDA. Data model updates include adding new fields to the Account and Address objects, and updating the API names of some existing fields. Due to the updates to existing field names, customers must review their custom content (including X-Pages, CLM content, and Approved Email templates) to see if the content needs to be updated to use the new field names. Vault CRM on CRM Desktop (Windows)

Users on Windows desktop computers can download and use the CRM Desktop (Windows) app for Vault CRM. The CRM Desktop (Windows) app supports call, CLM, and Engage meeting functionality. See CRM Desktop (Windows) for more information about setting up and using the app.

Vault CRM Developer Portal

The Multichannel CRM and X-Pages JavaScript libraries for Vault CRM are available with the production release of 24R2.0 (August 23, 2024). See the Developer Portal to download the library files.
