The 25R3.0 Sandbox Release on November 20, 2025 and the Production Release on December 4, 2025 are using the 25R2.4 Vault platform and family version. On December 11, 2025, the 253.0.30 release will use the 25R3.0 Vault platform and family version.

With the 25R3.0 release, Veeva AI introduces intelligent, industry-specific agents designed to help field teams work smarter, faster, and with better insights.

This release includes four agents:

  • Pre-Call Agent — Helps users plan and prepare for interactions with HCPs
  • Voice Agent — Converts your words into text and intelligently populates records in Vault CRM
  • Free Text Agent — Proactively analyzes information entered in free text fields as it is written and flags potential compliance concerns before the information is saved
  • Media Agent — Helps users quickly verify information about products and immediately access media for HCP interactions
