Send To Fax Overview
Send to Fax provides a secure faxing solution for end users to fax a document to a HCP. The solution supports consent management for the fax channel, templates with tokens for personalization, and usage tracking.

Users and Roles
Send to Fax has different types of users in Vault CRM, each of them with unique roles and responsibilities:
Fax Admin User

Creates fax templates in Microsoft Word

Uploads fax templates in Vault CRM

Tests Send to Fax content and validates end-to-end functionality

Manages fax numbers

Monitors fax usage, including the number of pages sent during the current calendar year compared to the Vault’s total page limit, which is initially set to 30,000 pages per calendar year
End User

Selects and personalizes approved fax templates and sends them to accounts’ fax numbers in accordance with captured consent preferences
