Creating X-Pages in Service Center
X-Pages in Service Center allows organizations to surface external case or clinical data directly within the Service Center Case console view. By integrating custom data visualizations, Service Center reps can view contextual or static data alongside case records, reducing context switching and streamlining case support.

Configuring X-Pages in Service Centerfor
To configure this feature:
- Ensure the following are complete:
- Navigate to Admin > Users & Groups > Permission Sets.
- Select the appropriate permission set.
- Select Objects > html_report__v.

Edit - Navigate to the Object Action Permissions section.
- Ensure the Execute permission is granted to the Publish object action for the appropriate object type(s).
- Navigate to Admin > Configuration > Objects > html_report__v > Object Types tab > Actions.
- Ensure the Publish permission is enabled for the appropriate object type actions.
Creating Service Center X-Pages as
Content creators use X-Pages Studio to create, edit, and publish X-Pages for Service Center. X-Pages display as their own tabs in the Case view.
To create a Service Center X-Page in X-Pages Studio:
- Sign into X-Pages Studio.
- Select New Page from the X-Pages Studio home page to open the New Page modal:
- Page Name - Enter the page name as it should display to users
When creating Service Center Case Tab type X-Pages, use concise titles as the Case Tab only displays the first 20 characters.
- Description - Optional context to help identify the page
- Page Type - Select the appropriate entry point, or where the page will display:
- Service Center Overview
- Service Center Case Tab
- Team - Select the appropriate team
- Test User - Select a test user to preview content. The test user’s permissions are used for the data palette and layout.
- Test Record - Select the case or account record to use when previewing data
- Page Name - Enter the page name as it should display to users
- Select Create.
- Use the Data tab to specify the information displayed on the page. See Adding Data to X-Pages in X-Pages Studio for more information.
- Navigate to the Layout tab to customize and arrange the visual layout of the data elements. See Defining X-Page Layouts for more information.
- Navigate to the Preview tab to confirm the X-Page’s data and layout.
- Navigate to the Deploy tab to publish the X-Page to the appropriate connected Vaults. See Deploying Pages to Vault CRM in X-Pages Studio for more information.
Viewing X-Pages in the Case View as
Service Center reps can view X-Pages in Service Center’s Case view, when available. Case tab X-Pages are displayed after the Activity Feed tab.
