Priority Score and Sort Order
The Priority Score and Sort Order automatically sorts suggestions, allowing users to more efficiently prioritize and review the most important items first.

Configuring Score and Sort Order for
End Users
To configure this feature, ensure Configuring Accounts and Configuring Suggestions are complete.
Using Priority Score and Sort Order as
Business Admin Users
The priority score is used to rank and sort suggestions.
The priority score is determined by the sum of the account_priority_score__v fields for all suggestions in a given account. Accounts display with the highest summed priority score first and follow in descending order. If the sums are equal for multiple accounts, the display logic is alphabetical.
The logic of the display order of suggestions within an account is driven from the priority__v field, then the account_priority_score__v, and the posted_date__v.
Admins can choose whether or not to display the score. Priority scores display for all suggestions if the display_score__v checkbox is selected for any suggestion.
Using Priority Score and Sort Order as
End Users
The Suggestions tab displays all suggestions. The score displays, if enabled, for each suggestion along with the other suggestion details. For information on the display order, see Filtering and Sorting Suggestions.
