Capturing Agentic Text Monitoring Findings
Agentic Text Monitoring’s findings can be captured on Monitored Text records in Vault CRM, providing compliance teams with direct visibility to potential issues. This feature captures the exact text evaluated when Agentic Text Monitoring detects a potential issue and logs that text to a Monitored Text record in Vault CRM. Key contextual information is also captured, including the agent's reasoning and the time the potential issue was found.
Compliance teams can review these findings and document their determinations directly in Vault CRM, using the same workflows as Monitoring Submitted Records for home office. This provides a unified compliance oversight experience across both home office and end user monitoring activities.

Creating a Monitored Text Workflow
Compliance Monitors can create custom lifecycles and workflows on the Monitored Text object to reflect their organization’s compliance monitoring processes. These lifecycles and workflows vary depending on the organization. For more information, see Lifecycles & Workflows on the Vault platform help site.
When building a custom lifecycle and workflow on the Monitored Text object, ensure it works for all functionality relying on this object: Agentic Text Monitoring, Agentic Text Monitoring for Home Office, and Approved Notes, if enabled in the Vault.
Reviewing Agentic Text Monitoring Findings as
Compliance Monitors review agent activity and document their determinations directly in Vault CRM. A Monitored Text record captures the tracked field, the full text at the time of monitoring, the user who modified the text, and whether the results displayed to the end user.
If the agent finds issues after end users revise their original text, a new parent Monitored Text record is generated, linked to the same call report. This allows compliance teams to see a chronological trail of all monitoring events for a given call report.
To review Agentic Text Monitoring findings:
- Navigate to the appropriate Monitored Text record.
- Review any child Monitored Text records to examine individual flagged phrases. To navigate to the original call report where the issue was detected, select the Vault Link ID on the Monitored Text record.
- Select the Edit icon.
- Select the appropriate value from the Reviewer Determination picklist. By default, the following determinations are available:
- Accepted Agent Finding - Agent finding is accurate
- False Positive - Agent incorrectly flagged an issue
- Enter details in the Reviewer Notes field to document the decision.
- Select Save.
If a lifecycle or workflow is available for the Monitored Text object, Compliance Monitors can advance the record through the lifecycle or workflow according to their organization’s compliance monitoring processes. These lifecycles and workflows vary depending on the organization. For more information on using lifecycles and workflows, see Lifecycles & Workflows on the Vault platform help site.
