Deploying Pages to Vault CRM Using X-Pages Studio
Content creators can use X-Pages Studio to deploy pages to their Vaults to test how the pages display or to make the pages available for end users.

Deploying X-Pages Studio Content as

X-Pages Studio page templates can only be deployed to your sandbox Vault. Best practice involves using X-Pages Studio page templates only as your content starting point.
When a page is ready to be tested or used in CRM, content creators can deploy it. During deployment, the connections associated with the integration user are used to create the records in the target connection.
To deploy a page:
- Ensure Configuring X-Pages is complete.
- Ensure Configuring X-Pages Studio is complete.

Log into X-Pages Studio as an integration user.

Select the page you want to deploy.

Select the Deploy tab.

Select New for the appropriate connection. For pages, only connections the user has access to display. For page templates, only sandbox connections the user has access to display.

Enter the Report Name.

Select a different Record Type This step is optional. The default value is an object type the user has permission for within the Page Type selected when the page was created.

Select Deploy.

Select Save.
Editing a Deployed Page as

To make changes to a deployed page:

Sign into X-Pages Studio as an integration user.

Select the page you want to edit.

Select the Deploy tab.

Select Edit from the More Actions menu of the deployment you want to edit.

Update the available fields as desired:
Sharing Group - optional, drives customer-specific sharing rules
Report Name
Platform
Object Record Type
Visibility Criteria - optional, controls visibility to specific accounts for the Account content type

Select Deploy.
Redeploying content from X-Pages Studio updates the appropriate html_report__v and attachment records for the Vault.
