Sending the Campaign
Once you have created the target list and selected an email template, you can send the campaign now or schedule the campaign for later.

- Browser Users
- Users require a Campaign Manager license

Configuring Sending Campaigns for

To configure this feature, ensure Configuring Campaign Manager is complete.
Sending the Campaign Now as

To send the campaign now:

Navigate to the appropriate campaign.

Select the Send Now tile. A confirmation modal displays, indicating the total number of recipients.

Select the Send Now button.
Scheduling the Campaign for Later as

To send the email at a future date and time:

Navigate to the appropriate campaign.

Select the Schedule Send tile. The Schedule Send modal displays, indicating the current date and time along with the total number of recipients.

Enter a future Date and Time to send the email.
You may enter today's date as long as you enter a time after the current time.

Select the Schedule Send button. An Email Scheduled section displays in place of the Send Email section.
- Select the Cancel Send link to cancel the scheduled send of the campaign
- Select the Edit link to modify the scheduled date and time
The Cancel Send and Edit functions are not available within 2 hours of the scheduled date and time.
Viewing Email Processing as

While emails are processing and being sent, a Campaign Performance Summary section with a Processing Emails message displays above the campaign’s Target List Summary.
- When sending a campaign now, the Processing Emails message displays immediately after Send Now is selected
- When scheduling a campaign, the Processing Emails message displays 2 hours before the Scheduled Send date and time
