Mass Add entry mode is not supported with Photo Tagging. Having both Mass Add entry mode and Photo Tagging enabled disables Mass Add entry mode.

To enable this feature:

1. Ensure Configuring Inventory Monitoring is complete.

2. Navigate to Business Admin > Objects > veeva_settings__v > Global Veeva Settings.

3. Select Edit.

4. Change the current value in the im_touch_entry_mode__v Veeva Setting to one of the following values:

• 2 - Single Line Entry and Save Valid Lines. This is the default. Only the lines the user entered data for are saved. End users must use the product selector to individually add products to the Inventory Monitoring Lines one product at a time or by selecting multiple products then selecting the Select All button.
• 3 - Mass Add and Save Valid Lines. All Inventory Monitoring products are automatically added to the Inventory Monitoring Lines. Only the lines the user entered data for are saved.

5. Select Save.

Customers migrating from Veeva CRM to Vault CRM can continue to use the entry modes described below instead of using the recommended entry modes. These entry modes save empty lines alongside completed lines, which creates records in the system that do not contain meaningful data:

• 0 - Single Line Entry. End users must use the product selector to individually add products to the Inventory Monitoring Lines one product at a time or by selecting multiple products then selecting the Select All button. When the record is saved, all lines are saved including those that are blank.
• 1 - Mass Add. All Inventory Monitoring products are automatically added to the Inventory Monitoring Lines. When the record is saved, all lines are saved including those that are blank.
