Displaying CLM Content from Calls
Users can launch the CLM media library directly from the call report using the Start Media option in the More Actions menu, or the Media button. Users can view content associated with their assigned products as well as company level content without related products, as determined by the products specified in the user’s My Setup Products. This allows users to share important and engaging visual content with HCPs.
When users launch CLM media from the call report on the Browser platform, the CLM media library opens in the Vault CRM app on Windows. This allows users who are meeting with accounts face-to-face or remotely to share downloaded CLM content. The CLM activity is tracked on the call report.

Viewing CLM Content from Calls

When viewing media content in full screen, users can swipe left or right to navigate between content components. The navigation bar can be used to scroll through the thumbnail view of individual components, allowing the user to jump to a specific location in the presentation.
Considerations
- When launching media from an account, a Call is saved regardless of activity within CLM on the Call. If the Cancel button is selected, the Call is still saved with information entered.
- The display order of the CLM Key Messages is captured when saving a call. This allows admins to create a report analyzing the position (first, second, etc.) a slide was shown during a call.
After creating a call report on the Browser platform, users can share CLM content during a call in call mode:
- Select More Actions from the call report.
- Select Start Media to launch the Vault CRM app on Windows in the foreground. To indicate call mode, a banner displays at the center top of the screen and an app icon in the system tray displays a blue dot. Call mode means the app is tracking CLM activity for a specific call.
- Right-select the app icon to display a menu with information about the call, as well as actions to hide the banner or end the call
- Launch the appropriate CLM content in Normal View.
- Select Start Slideshow to display content in fullscreen Presentation View and begin tracking the activity. Activity is tracked only in Presentation View, not in Normal View.
To end call mode:
- Select End from the call mode banner or End Call from the tray icon menu.
- Select End Call in the pop-up window to confirm the end of the call. The call key message data immediately syncs online.
To share CLM content or desktop windows during online Engage meetings, see Sharing Content During Online Engage Meetings.
