Adding Patient Journey Details - Available on Browser (Available January 29, 2026)
Users can manage multiple prescriptions and insurance relationships and choose primary providers and facilities for each Patient Journey. This makes care coordination easier and gives users quick access to the most relevant journey information through dedicated tabs.
Receiving Inbound Faxes in Patient CRM - Available on Browser
To enable Fax as an inbound channel, users can receive faxes and store them as Vault Documents. This allows users to view fax documents and associated transactional information within a Patient CRM instance without manual upload.
