What's New in Align 25R3.2
The 25R3.2 release includes features for:
Release Dates
- Sandbox Release - January 22, 2026
- Production Release - January 29, 2026
New Fields are also included.
Targeting
Using Targeting in Align - Available on Browser
Align operational users can perform targeting, enabling the generation of Multi-Channel Cycle Plan (MCCP) data within Align which is then made visible to users in CRM. Targeting allows operational users to create MCCP data to identify the subset of account assignments that should be targets for a given sales cycle, setting goals specific per channel and product.
Using Cycle Capacity Planning in Align - Available on Browser
Align admin users can compare expected utilization (i.e. total activity goals) of a Multichannel Cycle to a territory’s capacity. Capacity planning enables Align operational users to ensure that territories are optimized in terms of their utilization.
Creating Exclusive Assignments in Align - Available on Browser
Align operational users can prevent accounts from being assigned to multiple territories either globally or within the same field force. Additionally, administrators can designate accounts from a certain source as exceptions to these rules, allowing these accounts to be assigned to multiple territories at once. This grants greater control over the assignment process.
Using Location Based Targeting in Align - Available on Browser
To enable more specific targeting rules, which may be required in markets using child accounts, Align supports assigning child accounts to MCCPs, enabling targeting and activity goals based on an account's activity at a specific location.
Territory Feedback
Territory Feedback - Available on iPad and Browser
Align enables end users to have early visibility of draft assignments and targets for the next sales cycle. They are then able to provide feedback in the form of challenges. A challenge is a change that the end user makes to an assignment or target within the territory. Feedback can be submitted to managers for review and approval. Additionally, rules can also be configured to automatically accept or reject certain challenges. This streamlines the planning process by enabling draft plans to be refined by end-users prior to the start of the sales cycle.
Territory Assignment
Using the Territory Information Panel - Available on Browser
The Territory Information Panel enables users to view a summary of the currently viewed territory. This enables them to assess territory value and determine necessary hierarchy changes without manual calculations. This feature provides a pre-calculated, aggregated view of key metrics, including staffing, reach, and geographical boundaries, ensuring efficient decision-making during territory modeling and production management.
Generating Align Geo Shapes - Available on Browser
To visualize field force territories without acquiring third-party shape data, users can generate geographical shapes based on existing Address record coordinates. This feature utilizes an algorithm to create boundaries around addresses sharing specific identifiers, ensuring accurate territory mapping, and reducing external data dependencies.
