Displaying Sent Fax Activity on the Timeline
The Timeline View displays a history of sent fax activity, providing a chronological record of all fax communications with an account. This allows users to quickly verify if critical documents reached a provider without navigating away from the account's primary activity stream.

Configuring Sent Fax Activity on the Timeline for
End Users
To configure this feature:

Ensure the following are complete:

Navigate to Admin > Configuration > Objects > Account Overview Layout.

Select the Layouts tab.

Add the timeline_fax_section__v section control to the layout.
Using Sent Fax Activity on the Timeline for
End Users
To view sent fax activity, end users can navigate to the account timeline for an account. The timeline displays all sent fax activity associated with the account.
Select an activity to display more details about the sent fax.
Select View Fax to display a copy of the fax sent to the HCP.
Select the View More link to navigate to the Sent Fax record, where users can view additional details about the sent fax.
