Creating Content Using the Territory Feedback Entry Point
Content creators can create Territory Feedback content using the Territory Feedback entry point in X-Pages Studio, or import custom content created using X-Pages, then deploy it to users. This enables business admins to use Territory Feedback data from both Vault CRM and Align to display the proposed next cycle of calculated KPIs for an end user’s territory when performing territory alignment in Align. End users can provide feedback on the proposed updates. See Managing Custom Pages in X-Pages Studio for more information.

Creating Content for Territory Feedback as
Content Developers
Using child accounts (location based targeting) is not supported.
To create new content:
- Log into X-Pages Studio.
- Select New Content.
- Select Territory Feedback as the content type.
- Select a Test Model Territory. This is used for the metadata and data preview.
Test Model Territories available to select are the models returned from Align for the user. Users must be assigned to rep-level Test Model Territories. Content creators can change the Test Model Territory selected on the Properties page.
- Create your custom content.
Inline editing is not available when creating or editing content with type Territory Feedback.
The following additional data elements are available for use with the territory feedback entry point:
- Overview - query data about the territory and cycle
- Channel Goals - query data about the channel goals in the user's territory feedback
- Product Goals - query data about the product goals in the user's territory feedback
- Account Data - query data about the account list in the user's territory feedback
- Account Channel Goals - query data about the channel goals for each account in the user's territory feedback
- Account Product Goals - query data about the product goals for each account in the user's territory feedback
- Account Product Metrics - query data about the product metrics for each account in the user's territory feedback
- The following expressions are available for use with the territory feedback entry point:
- Challenge Reasons for Account - get the challenge reasons for any Account from the user's territory feedback
- Target Challenge Reasons for Account - get the target-level challenge reasons for any Account from the user's territory feedback
- Deploy the page.
