Viewing the Account Timeline
The Account Timeline displays a high-level overview of account-related transactions, enabling users to view account activity when planning calls. The timeline option displays on the navigation bar on mobile devices and on the account header on the Vault platform.
An MSL may have quarterly visits with an HCP who is a key opinion leader. The MSL can view the timeline to see all the activity that has occurred since the last time she met with the HCP, so she is ready to discuss his recent publications and provide relevant product information during their meeting.
