Viewing Users' Calendars with Manager View
From My Schedule, managers can review scheduled activities for reports in territories one or more levels below their territory, based on territory hierarchy. This enables managers to easily identify potential conflicts or overlaps in reports’ schedules, and review reports’ workloads for more informed decisions when assigning tasks. When using Manager View, managers can only view one report’s calendar at a time, and they cannot create calls or calendar entries for their reports.
If configured, Unavailable Time Slots and Meeting Requests display on the report’s calendar. Optionally, when Integrating My Schedule and Microsoft Outlook Calendars is enabled, Manager View can be configured to display external calendar events on the Browser platform.
