Viewing Cycle Plan Details from My Schedule
Viewing plan details for a target account enables users to quickly access relevant cycle plan information when scheduling calls, without needing to navigate away from My Schedule. The View Details modal includes a graphic indicator for plan attainment against the target account and a table displaying goals by product, if applicable. With a clear visual of plan attainment for each target and readily available cycle plan details, users are better equipped to prioritize their efforts, adjust their strategies, and make timely decisions to ensure they meet cycle plan goals.

Configuring Viewing Cycle Plan Details from My Schedule for

To configure this feature, ensure the following are complete:
- Configuring Call Planning
- Configuring Classic Cycle Plans
- At least one cycle plan exists for the user’s territory, or the user is the owner of a cycle plan
Using Viewing Cycle Plan Details from My Schedule as

To view plan details from My Schedule:

Select the appropriate cycle plan from the Account Views and Lists menu.

Select the All Actions icon on the appropriate account card.

Select View Plan Details.
Users can toggle the segmented My Calls/Total Calls control below the account name to display My Calls (individual cycle plan metrics) or Total Calls (cycle plan metrics across all territories where the account is a target). If enabled, pull-in fields and detail product priority also display as columns in the modal table.
