Using Surveys in Events Management as

Event Surveys can be created or cloned and published on the Survey Management page. Cloning Event Surveys retains the original survey__v and survey_question__v properties, but does not clone survey targets. The status of the clone is always Development. The territories__v field on the survey__v record populates with the root territory, allowing the survey to be used in all territories in the Vault CRM instance.
Published Event Surveys can only be used with the Approved Email channel.
The Event Survey can be embedded in an Approved Email by adding the {{surveyLink}} token to the appropriate Approved Email template in the desired location. When included in an Approved Email sent as part of Events Management, this token resolves to the URL of the associated survey. Recipients of the email can select the link to complete and submit the survey.
Only attendees representing account__v records can complete and submit Event Surveys. User attendees cannot complete and submit Event Surveys.
question_response__v records are created for every question in the survey even if questions are left unanswered.
