What's New in Patient CRM 25R2.0
The 25R2.0 release includes features for:
Release Dates
- Sandbox Release - August 7, 2025
- Production Release - August 21, 2025
New Fields and New Objects are also included.
Creating Patients in Patient CRM - Available on Browser
Patient information in Patient CRM is split across the account__v and patient_attribute__v objects. These two objects work in conjunction with one another to provide a comprehensive view of a patient in Patient CRM. End users can create patients, including both of their associated records, in one simplified action, reducing manual effort and ensuring data integrity.
Using Patient Intake Forms - Available on Browser
Once potential patients fill out and submit the appropriate patient intake form, end users can process the form via a standardized enrollment process to begin the case associated with the patient journey. This information is captured directly within the Patient Center tab, reducing intake time and improving the accuracy of patient data.
Viewing Patient Details - Available on Browser
End users can view a patient’s information via the Patient Details tab. This tab serves as a comprehensive view of the patient’s information, their progress on the Patient Journeys they may be involved in, as well as prescription and insurance details.
Advancing Patient Journeys - Available on Browser
Patient journeys have phases and steps within those phases that must be completed by end users to advance the patient in Patient CRM. End users can view, review, and advance patient journeys either from the patient or from an associated case.
Discontinuing Patient Journeys - Available on Browser
A variety of factors may prevent a patient from completing a Patient Journey. In these cases, end users can discontinue the patient journey and have the stage and step the discontinuation occurred in reflected on the patient's detail page.
Completing Patient Journeys - Available on Browser
Patient Journeys can end as patients complete the defined journey steps.
Monitoring Patient Journey Statistics - Available on Browser
End users can use the Patient Center Overview tab to quickly view statistics about a specific Patient Journey, including monitoring patient volumes, adherence, and unresolved escalations.
