Features
Account Management
Merging Product Metrics - Available on Browser
During the account merge process, and after post-processing of child accounts, product metrics records are evaluated and updated to ensure data consistency.
Viewing User Territory - Now Available on Browser
Users on the Browser platform can view User Territory information on Account Details. A list displays the territories to which the account is assigned, and all users aligned to those territories.
Approved Email
Call Report Entry Point - Now Available on Browser
Users on the Browser platform can select the Send Email button in the More Actions menu on the call report to begin composing an email with the attendees of the call selected as recipients.
Sending Microsoft Teams Meeting Invitations via Approved Email - Now Available on Browser
Users on the Browser platform can send MS Teams meeting invitations using Approved Email. The Approved Email template can contain tokens to ensure all of the meeting details are included in the email.
Call Reporting
Custom Key Message Reactions - Available on Browser, iPad, and iPhone
For increased specificity, custom reactions for Key Messages enable organizations to customize reaction options to their needs. Users select a reaction for each Key Message to indicate the HCP's reaction to the message. This enables users and organizations to understand which Key Messages HCPs prefer, and refine messaging accordingly.
Custom Key Message Vehicles - Available on Browser, iPad, and iPhone
Custom vehicles for Key Messages enable organizations to tailor vehicle options, for accurate capture of which custom vehicles were used to communicate Key Messages. Key Message vehicles enable users to capture which assets they used when delivering a Key Message, which may be used in future call planning.
Product-Dependent Picklist Mapping on the Call Report - Available on Browser, iPad, and iPhone
Product-dependent picklist mapping enhances call reporting efficiency and accuracy by dynamically updating picklist options for product discussions based on the selected product or product-detail group combination.
Capturing Call Objectives for Unique Activities Group Calls - Now Available on Browser
To create to-do lists and efficiently coordinate tasks across teams, Browser users can capture Call Objectives from unique activities group calls.

Engage
Joining Microsoft Teams Meetings as User Attendees - Now Available on Browser
When a Microsoft Teams meeting is scheduled for a call, user attendees can join the meeting from the call report on Browser.
Switching Remote Meeting Types - Now Available on Browser
When both Engage meeting and Microsoft Teams meetings are enabled, Browser users can switch meeting types after scheduling a meeting.
Events Management
Sending Automated Approved Emails for Events Management - Available on Browser
Admins can improve event attendance and engagement by configuring automated emails using event rules to determine which emails to send, when emails are sent, and who should receive the emails.
Integrating Events Management with PromoMats and MedComms - Available on Browser
To better manage the various types of event materials used for an event, admins can integrate Events Management with Vault PromoMats and MedComms instances. This integration utilizes customizable field mappings between the em_catalog__v object in Vault CRM and the Document object in PromoMats and MedComms, leveraging Vault’s document management capabilities to deliver approved and compliant event materials to an event.
Designating Speaker Caps by Product - Available on Browser and iPad
Business admins can allocate a portion of a speaker's annual cap for a specific product. This enables tracking a speaker’s yearly spending and utilization on a product-specific level, since speakers may speak on behalf of more than one product.
Viewing Event Signatures - Available on Browser (Available May 29, 2025)
Business admin users can view and print the list of attendee signatures associated with an event captured using either the Digital Sign-in Sheet or via QR Code®. This enables better auditing of captured signatures.
Reconciling Walk-in Attendees via OpenData - Available on Browser and iPad
Veeva OpenData provides a reliable and comprehensive global database of health care professionals (HCPs). When reconciling walk-in attendees in Events Management, users can search OpenData through their integrated Network instance to efficiently reconcile and match attendees with existing HCP records.
General
Displaying Yes/No Fields on Mobile Devices - Available on iPad
When creating a Yes/No field for an object, admins can choose whether to display the field as a check box or as Yes and No options. Displaying Yes/No fields in either format is supported on mobile devices, ensuring consistency across platforms.
Managing the Vault CRM Cache - Available on Browser
Cache is used to store reusable parts of the application on the server to improve response time for users and clears automatically after admins update metadata in Vault CRM. However, the cache does not clear automatically when admins update translations for labels in Vault CRM. Admins can clear the translations cache to make the updated translations available to users who sync their devices within the next 24 hours.
Searching Mobile Objects and Retrying Enablement for Mobile Devices - Available on Browser
Admins can search for specific objects in the Managing Mobile Objects page to quickly find the correct object and enable it for mobile devices if it is not already enabled. Additionally, when enabling an object for mobile devices fails, admins can immediately retry the process, avoiding workflow interruptions and ensuring data consistency.
Supporting Field Calculations on Mobile Devices - Available on iPad
Formula and lookup fields are calculated and displayed on mobile devices, even when there is no internet connection. This allows users to see the values of these fields faster, without waiting until their next sync.
Medical Inquiries
Improvements to Medical Inquiry Fulfillment - Available on Browser and iPad
Users can now assign Medical Inquiries to the appropriate user for fulfillment by selecting from all active users of a specific type instead of only territory-aligned users. When the medical inquiry is submitted, the account is automatically added to the user’s territory. This streamlines medical inquiries by eliminating the need for managers to assign a user to an account’s territory before they (or the end user) can assign the medical inquiry to the appropriate user for fulfillment.
Multichannel Cycle Plans
Supporting the Events Management Channel - Available on Browser and iPad
Events Management events can be tracked in Multichannel Cycle Plans, with clear interaction goals for end users. Alongside other channels like calls, emails, and CLM activities, this provides a more comprehensive approach to HCP engagement.
Service Center
Support Added for Genesys Cloud - Available on Browser
Genesys Cloud can now be used as a Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) application to initiate and receive calls in Service Center.
Timeline
Viewing Events Management Events on the Account Timeline - Available on iPad
Users can view Event Management events on the account timeline. This ensures users have a complete view of key milestones and engagements (for example, speaker programs) directly alongside other customer interactions like calls or emails. This complete view provides users with the context needed to make more informed decisions and understand the impact of an event on subsequent interactions.
X-Pages Studio
X-Pages Studio Redesign - Available on Browser
X-Pages Studio is updated with a redesigned, easier to use, and more attractive user interface for creating and managing X-pages, templates, and distribution channels.
Territory Feedback Page Template - Available on Browser
The Territory Feedback page template helps content creators quickly create an X-Page for end users to view territory feedback information.
Flightpath
Flightpath is an educational tool where you'll find overviews and examples to walk you through how to leverage Vault CRM features and functionality:
