Campaign Manager Overview
Campaign Manager is a comprehensive solution within Vault CRM designed to streamline the planning, execution, and measurement of unified campaigns targeting HCPs. Campaign Manager increases campaign efficacy by enabling field and marketing teams to work together in unified campaigns using an intuitive interface that can be utilized by either home office users or trusted partners. This unified experience also enables customers to build upon previous customer interactions and respond to customer needs, resulting in higher quality campaigns and an improved customer experience.

With Campaign Manager, users can perform the following tasks:
Marketing User
- Create campaigns
- Select campaign targets by copying or importing target lists
- Select email templates to send as part of the campaign
- Send or schedule the campaign
- Monitor campaign performance
- Add campaign notes
