Campaign Manager Overview
Campaign Manager is a comprehensive solution within Vault CRM designed to streamline the planning, execution, and measurement of unified campaigns and journeys targeting HCPs. Campaign Manager increases campaign and journey efficacy by enabling field and marketing teams to work together using an intuitive interface that can be utilized by either home office users or trusted partners. This unified experience also enables customers to build upon previous customer interactions and respond to customer needs, resulting in higher quality campaigns and journeys and an improved customer experience.

With Campaign Manager, users can perform the following tasks:
Marketing User
- Create campaigns with a static target list using the following channels:
- Field Email with optional Field Review
- Field Action
- Create journeys where targets are added on an ongoing basis using the following channels:
- Add targets via the following methods:
- Adding targets using the Target List Builder
- Copy a target list from an existing campaign or journey
- Import targets using the Data Grid Loader
- Search and manually add targets
- Define segmentation of targets – Only applicable to Multi-Action Campaigns and Journeys
- Activate or schedule the campaign or journey
- Monitor performance
