Vault CRM Permission Sets
Customers can quickly enable basic Vault CRM functionality for their users by assigning the provided permission sets to the appropriate security profiles. These permission sets include object permissions, field permissions, page access, tab visibility, and object page layout assignments. They do not include VMOCs and custom settings, including Veeva Settings and Multichannel Settings.
The following permission sets are available in Vault CRM:

Approved Email Integration User Permission Set
Assign the Approved Email Integration User Permission Set to integration users defined for the integration between Vault CRM and PromoMats/MedComms.
This permission set enables the following features:

Approved Email End User Permission Set
Assign the Approved Email End User Permission Set to users to allow them to send and manage approved email messages and track activity.

Approved Notes End User Permissions
Assign the Approved Notes End User Permission Set to users to allow them to interact with Approved Notes.
This permission set enables the following features:

Assign the Approved Notes Integration User Permission Set to integration users defined to create Monitored Text in Approved Notes.
This permission set enables the following features:

CLM Integration User Permission Set
Assign the CLM Integration User Permission Set to integration users defined for the integration between Vault CRM and PromoMats/MedComms.
This permission set enables the following features:
